Lunch & Learn

Please join us for a Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, May 7 at 11:30 am at the Americana YMCA.  Our speaker will be Leslie Lancaster, M.A.,  ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach who is local mom, entrepreneur and author of the new book: The Hot Mom Bod: From Flab to Fab. She will give us great information just in time for summer on topics like fitness and nutrition as well as talk about her experience as a true entrepreneur.  Telling us how she started her business from the ground up.
