2026 Leadership NORTH is a program for communities in the North Capital Region.
2026 Leadership NORTH is an annual leadership development program for the north Baton Rouge
region. The Zachary Chamber of Commerce hosts the program. Participation in the program is open to persons living or working in Baton Rouge, Zachary, Central, Baker, Pointe Coupee, East and West Feliciana Parishes who have the full support of the organization or business they represent. The program is designed to engage emerging leaders in our region and prepare them to meet the future needs of our communities. Through the exchange of viewpoints and experiences, participants are exposed to the challenges, opportunities and vital issues affecting the northern Baton Rouge region.
Thank you for your interest in 2026 Leadership NORTH. Please provide as much information as possible in the space allocated so that the selection committee will better understand your role in your job and in the community. The committee seeks a cross-representation of the communities. Attendance at all programs is required. Please include a letter of recommendation from your employer or supervisor along with your application.
